Master butcher Carl Müller served it with tea to the people
in Rügenwalde more than 100 years ago – our famous
Rügenwalder Teewurst with the red mill. To this day it
has been produced according to his secret family recipe
since 1903. We still let it mature long enough until it attains its
characteristic red colour and its uniquely intensive
aroma. The right maturation time is not
decided by the clock but by eye, nose
and palate of our maturation expert –
just the way Carl Müller did it back then.
Rügenwalder Teewurst, coarse, fine or
